The Whitney Young Bowling team has been off to a hot start this season. They are currently 3-1 and looking to keep up their winning ways. They have been crushing the competition so far, their only lose is to their rivals at Morgan Park. In which they had a back and forth battle where Morgan Park won the first match in the second match Whitney Young held the lead all the way up until the end when Morgan Park came back in the tenth frame. In the third match it was tied going into the final frame where Morgan Park again came back, narrowly winning.

Whitney Young is led by their captains Tommy Hayes and Terik Priest who have been have an amazing and scoring above 160 all season, and the remaining starters are also doing well. They are a solid as a team and should be looking to finish the season strong. Captain Terik Priest ‘18 had this to say about the team: “We’re looking pretty good this year, we might make some noise.” Be on the lookout for the Dolphins to go on a hot streak moving towards the second half of the season.
