Interested in biking or cycling?  Know how to ride a BMX, roadie, or fixie?  Can you ride a bike at all?  Consider joining Bike Club!  We are a club that started last year and we group up on Friday’s at Mr. Nowlin’s room in 191 before bike rides and for meetings. We also meetup on Thursdays to group up and host workshops on how to fix and build your bike.  We also trade bike parts and sell bike parts for those who are interested in making profits or getting better used parts. Once a month, club presidents, Ava Cheevers ‘18? and Yen Lee ‘18?, will plan out bike trips around Chicago on weekends or Fridays for everyone on the bike trip to go on.  The first informational meeting date will be announced after Club Fair. Bee sure to check us out and sign on that day if you’re interested.  Bike Club will also be attending Chicago biking event and races (SNS, Crit Races, MNR, SMS, etc.).  It is required that you come into meetings and/or events at least once per month.  Some events that we partake in will also earn you service learning hours, and emails will be sent out to those who sign up about dates.  Hope to see you in 191 this school year!
