Appetizers:

1. Ceviche
A light mix of diced seafood (shrimp, sea bass, tuna), tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Served as a dip with grain crackers.
2. Caprese Skewers
Tomato, basil, and mozzarella served in bite-sized nibbles.
3. Ants on a Log
Celery filled with cream cheese and raisins.
4. Grilled asparagus with Caper vinaigrette
Briny capers added to Dijon vinaigrette drizzled on grilled asparagus.

Raw spinach leaves, strawberries, walnuts, and sunflower seeds tossed with a light vinaigrette.

Classic banana bread swirled with a rich chocolate cake batter.
4. Rhubarb Apple Pie
Pair fresh sliced rhubarb with sliced Granny Smith apples and add a little cinnamon and sugar .
5. Honey Rhubarb Crumble
Rhubarb Crumble topped with a scoop of frozen yogurt.
