Decision Day!

May 1st was this past Monday, and for the seniors in our school, this is a huge relief. It was National Decision Day, and a large number of students wore their shirts to show school pride, but our school Decision Day is this Friday, May 4th. A class picture will be taken in the gym during division. “It really became real after seeing everyone in their college shirts, really reminded my that high school is about to end,” said Gift Pendleton ‘18 after pictures were taken. Now that everyone has made their decision, this means no more college spam in our emails, no more applications. “We don’t have to hear the S-word anymore (scholarships). Amen,” said Jake Kosakowski ‘18. All we have to worry about now is passing our last semester of high school and enjoying our last carefree summer. I hope everyone is happy with their college choices and are assigned the housing option that they want most. I have seen a lot of individuals who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the Ohio State University, and Spelman College to name a few.
