The Best Quarantine Website

During quarantine, online learning has been extremely difficult, especially for AP classes. It’s almost impossible to pay attention in class when you have the entire internet right in front of you. I mean during online learning, your webcam is off most of the time so why wouldn’t you get on your phone? On those days, whatever your teacher says goes in one ear and out the other. But there is one website that can help you catch up on the material and it’s AP Classroom. Although AP Classroom has its ups and downs (more downs than ups), using it and prying attention to the videos actually does teach the material. “AP Classroom is a pretty bad website, but when I’m not really paying attention in class, it really does come in clutch for teaching me the material” argues Benjamin Stoddart. ‘21. AP Classroom has a really nice layout for each unit of a class. Each unit also comes with a breakdown of each section of the unit.  Even for first time users of the website it is very easy to navigate through it. “This is my first year using AP Classroom and it is very easy to understand. The website layout is very simple ” notes Stephen Luo,‘25). The only downside to AP Classroom is that teachers like to assign multiple choice and free response questions.”I hate AP Classroom assignments. When I see them I do not really feel like doing it, especially when teachers put timers on them(,” says Edwin Chen, ‘21). Like many websites, AP Classroom has its ups and downs. Overall the website is very helpful when it comes to teaching the material.
