Konia Leisner ‘19 shares, “I didn’t even look at the applications until the night before they were do!” Konia makes it clear that it’s so simple you can procrastinate the work and not have to prepare for getting into college your junior year like you prepared for getting into high school in 7th grade. Compared to that process, college applications are nothing. Comments like these promoted Lisa Ranchez, a junior, to say, “I haven’t even started to think about college yet.” Most juniors won’t even consider what schools they are interested in until late December of their senior year before application due dates of January 1st.
