Exercise of the Week: Suitcase crunches

Homecoming is coming up and if you want to look your best, you should make sure you have a solid core. A great exercise is the suitcase crunch also known as a row! Follow these steps for a perfect row.

1) Lay with legs stretched out

2) Bring legs off the ground to a 45 degree angle

3) While maintaining a 45 degree angle, bend your knees and bring your torso to your knees.

4) Repeat 20 times (never bring your legs back to the ground until you are done with all your reps)
