Gamers beware; Giannis Antetokounmpo was recently out on social media promoting his face, in the midst of the release of the new NBA 2k19 video game. With that being said, recent competition has sparked upon us. Whether you have been binge-playing or buying VC, the amount of competition is much harder than previous years.

A number of Whitney Young students weighed in on the new version of NBA 2k19. DJ Steward ‘20 says, “It’s better than last year’s 2k, but the defense is a lot harder to score on.” J’shawn Taylor ‘20, also has some good things to say about the game. “I love how far the 2k series has come over the years. From playing 2k11 to 19 the graphics and controls are exponentially better. Plus, the story of MyCareer is very interesting.” From what I’ve heard from numerous 2K players in the Dolphin Community, Ronnie2K did a good job with this one. It’s not too easy and it gives players a challenge.
