This is the senior profile of Jamal Jenkins. Jamal  is also known as the man, the myth, and the legend. He lives on the Southside of Chicago and he is looking forward to graduating within the next month. Jamal  got a full tuition scholarship to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and he plans to become a pharmacist when he gets older. When asked about the pros and cons of being a dolphin, Jenkins said this, “Whitney Young has a bunch of cool minds that are all developing throughout the school year!” Jamal  love Netflix and he spends a large amount of time watching TV shows like Shameless, Orange Is The New Black, and Prison Break. He says the number one thing that he regrets at Whitney Young is not taking advantage of his time here because he is about to graduate in a few weeks. His favorite Whitney Young events to attend are the basketball games and he recently attended the boys lacrosse city championship where they beat Lane Tech. He is extremely proud to be a dolphin and you can see his school spirit on his face whenever he comes to school. He is an extremely friendly guy, so if you see him in the hallways, be sure to say what’s up. There are big things in Jamal’s future, so be on the lookout for updates on his upcoming successes.
