Paige Smorynski ’21, a senior at Whitney Young, attended Bengtson’s Pumpkin Farm last fall, and in an interview with her, she said “Last year I went to Bengtson’s Pumpkin Farm and I really immersed myself in the fall spirit. From riding the hay ride to venturing through dark and twisty halls of the haunted house, I just had a blast! There’s nothing better than a warm apple cider donated on a brisk fall day!” Take it from Paige, Bengtson’s is truly a must do this autumn.

County Line Orchard is simply a must-do for this season. Gigi Cumpian ‘23, a sophomore at Whitney Young, goes to County Line Orchard every year, and in an interview, she said “The place is just magical. Walking through the apple lined trails makes me feel like a little girl in an enchanted forest. From the U-Pick apples to the crazy corn maze, the County Line Orchard is an absolute must.” You heard it here folks, County Line is the place to be!

Odyssey Fun Farm is an absolute terrific spot to let out all that school-provoked stress. Junior Joey Loranger ‘22 went Zombie Paintballing with his friends two years ago, and he said “Zombie Paintballing is my only source of happiness. It allows me to let go of all my stress and just have a good time with my friends. Highly recommend it.” You should go, too!
