With the Class of 2019’s time coming to a close the end of the year feels bittersweet. We have spent four years here, some have spent six, getting to know each other and it is said to have to go our separate ways but it is exciting to begin a new chapter in our lives.

Here are the thoughts on senior years ending from three of your classmates:

“First semester went by so slow then second semester went by TOO quickly” -Brooklynn Fort-Davis ‘19

“It’s crazy to think that only a few months ago I was posting “Last First Day”, and today I will be posting “Last Day of High School Ever” It’s true what they say, senior year goes by in a flash” – Alancia King ‘19

“Definitely bittersweet. I feel ready to move on and go on new adventures but Whitney Young has had such a prominent role in the last 6 years and in shaping who I am now that it is hard to leave.” –Isabella Park ‘19

Remember that graduation rehearsal is on Tuesday, June 11th in the theater at 9:00 AM and graduation is a the Arie Crown Theatre at 7:00 PM.

Good luck to everyone!
