Is School more designed for boys or girls?

People love to say that school was created for males.Males are said to be “smarter” than females but what’s the use of having all of that intelligence if in school they’re going to be lazy? Some people disagree. “The school system doesn’t favor anybody, men just get more attention in school,” says Joshua Adamsel ‘21. I think that no one is more designed for the educational system but solely just women were created to take on bigger obstacles so we thrive more when given a huge amount of work where in the contrary, men are used to things coming easy to them. “In the educational system, men are more heavily talked about so I think the school system favors men,” says Caleb Young ‘21. Ultimately saying, if they don’t understand something in school or if they’re not given the answers or the easy way out of an assignment, test, or project they’ll just give up.

Women were created and have the physiology of having a menstrual cycle and the responsibility for carrying and taking care of children. “Women have to go through so many things in life and they can handle anything they take on” notes Kyla Hubbard 20’. The labor process itself is a challenge and an obstacle. Let’s not forget the cramps, mood swings, and many more terrible things that come with having a menstrual cycle. Saying this, I believe women are able to overcome any challenges they face whether it be educational or environmental. Seemingly tho, men are said to be better made for school but in reality women thrive better due to the challenges that our natural physiology brings us.
